Love is the greatest gift

First and foremost I am so blessed. Just waking every day, I am blessed.
I have a wonderful, healthy family and a house filled with love.

I was born with passion. Passion to do- create and share.  I enjoy cooking, baking, the martial arts and just being present in the moment.

I love being with people and enjoy company, as much as I enjoy time with myself, no thoughts running thru my head, just being still.

I believe that we need to forgive, even though we may not forget. We need to love above all else, walk in others shoes, question ourselves when we are critical of others, practice peace in times of war ;), be humble, thankful, and aware of how we make others feel.
To live with passion, and always learn. To be greatful and honest, even when it hurts.

I enjoy challenges, and view the difficulties and challenges in my own life and stepping stones of growth. Instead of letting those moments define me, they become a part of who I am and I accept them and embrace them.

It's a serene place- slow- easy- peaceful- and nourishing to the spirit. Ahhhhhhhhhh

I'm now onto a new challenge- customized nutrition that is DNA based. Very scientific, and credible. So now, I'm nuturint the body and spirit. Seems to be right up my alley.
